Abstract
The present disclosure provides methods for the treatment of migraine by the administration of atogepant or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

A method for the preventive treatment of episodic migraine in a patient undergoing concurrent treatment with a weak CYP3A4 inducer, the method comprising orally administering a therapeutically effective dose of 30 mg atogepant once daily to the patient, wherein the patient's migraines are safely and effectively treated.
A method for the preventive treatment of episodic migraine in a patient undergoing concurrent treatment with a CYP3A4 inducer, the method comprising orally administering a therapeutically effective dose of 60 mg atogepant once daily to the patient, wherein the patient's migraines are safely and effectively treated.
A method for the preventive treatment of migraine in a patient undergoing concurrent treatment with a weak CYP3A4 inducer, the method comprising orally administering a therapeutically effective dose of 60 mg atogepant once daily to the patient, wherein the patient's migraines are safely and effectively treated.
