A hand wrist and forearm stretch apparatus utilizes a specific geometry of contacts to allow stretching of the hand and forearm by enabling pressure on both the palm while flexing and extending the fingers. This produces trigger points on the palm to enable effective stretching of the hand and forearm, including muscles, ligaments and tendons and nerves. An upper extension extends vertically upward to a top from a middle-landing having a middle-landing protrusion, which may have a curved convex surface for engagement with the palm. A base-landing configured proximal to the base also has a curved convex surface for engagement with the palm. The base-landing protrusion may by rod shaped while the middle-landing protrusion may be dome shaped. Recesses are configured between the middle-landing protrusion and the upper extension and between the base-landing protrusion and the middle-landing, to enable flexing of the hand into this recess during stretching.
