Ultrasound imaging system, operation method of ultrasound imaging system, and computer-readable recording medium

An operation method of comprising:

• generating data of an ultrasound image of a subject;
• detecting a first boundary in the ultrasound image across which luminance value of pixels in the ultrasound image changes by a predetermined amount and setting a first region of interest based on the first boundary detected;
• detecting, based on the first boundary, a second boundary from within the first boundary in the ultrasound image and set a second region of interest based on the second boundary detected;
• deleting an external portion of the first region of interest;
• and
• after deleting the external portion of the first region of interest, inverting a magnitude relationship of a luminance value of each pixel in the ultrasound image.

An ultrasound imaging system comprising:

• one or more processors comprising hardware, wherein the one or more processors are configured to:
• generate data of an ultrasound image of a subject;
• detect a first boundary in the ultrasound image across which luminance values of pixels in the ultrasound image changes by a predetermined amount and set a first region of interest based on the first boundary detected;
• detect, based on the first boundary, a second boundary from within the first boundary in the ultrasound image and set a second region of interest based on the second boundary detected;
• delete a region between the first boundary and the second boundary;
• and
• after deleting the region between the first boundary and the second boundary, invert a magnitude relationship of a luminance value of pixels within the second boundary in the ultrasound image.
