A method, system and computer program product for predicting menopause related symptoms is described. The system receives biometric data streams of a user, environmental contextual data streams, and journal inputs, and accesses a previously established personalized biometric baseline. The system monitors the plurality of biometric data streams and contextual data streams for deviations from the personalized biometric baseline and using a predictive model, detects a pattern of physiological deviation from the personalized biometric baseline correlating with an impending menopause-related symptom, consequently predicting, an occurrence of the menopause-related symptom. Responsively, the system initiates an intervention action (presenting a notification of the predicted menopause-related symptom, or a recommendation of a mitigating activity, transmitting a control signal to an external device to mitigate the menopause-related symptom). The system employs federated learning and differential privacy to maintain data security, enables clinician-supervised remote patient monitoring, and generates documentation suitable for remote patient-monitoring reimbursement.
