Abstract
A vaporizer includes: a base; an electrode column inserted in the base in a longitudinal direction; and an insulating sleeve disposed between the electrode column and the base so as to electrically insulate the electrode column from the base. A side opening is provided in a side wall of the insulating sleeve, the side opening running through an inner side and an outer side of the side wall and through both ends of the insulating sleeve.

A vaporizer, comprising:
- a base;
- an electrode column inserted in the base in a longitudinal direction;
- and
- an insulating sleeve disposed between the electrode column and the base so as to electrically insulate the electrode column from the base, the insulating sleeve having an upper end and a lower end,
- wherein a side opening is provided in a side wall of the insulating sleeve, the side opening running through an inner side and an outer side of the side wall and through the upper end and the lower end of the insulating sleeve, and
- wherein at least one vent passage is formed on the insulating sleeve.

- wherein an outer wall surface of the electrode column protrudes outward to form a flange, and
- wherein the flange abuts against an upper end surface of the insulating sleeve.
