Display apparatus

A display apparatus comprising:

• a substrate comprising a display area comprising pixels;
• a first thin-film transistor comprising a first semiconductor layer, and a first gate electrode overlapping the first semiconductor layer with a gate-insulating layer therebetween;
• and
• a capacitor electrically connected to the first thin-film transistor, and comprising:
• a first electrode comprising a same material as the first gate electrode;
• a second electrode overlapping the first electrode with a first inorganic insulating layer therebetween;
• a third electrode overlapping the second electrode with a second inorganic insulating layer therebetween;
• and
• a fourth electrode overlapping the third electrode with a third inorganic insulating layer therebetween, the third and fourth electrodes overlapping the first semiconductor layer.

A display apparatus comprising:

• a substrate comprising a display area comprising pixels;
• a first thin-film transistor comprising a first semiconductor layer, and a first gate electrode overlapping the first semiconductor layer with a gate-insulating layer therebetween;
• and
• a capacitor electrically connected to the first thin-film transistor, and comprising:
• a first electrode comprising a same material as the first gate electrode;
• a second electrode overlapping the first electrode with a first inorganic insulating layer therebetween;
• a third electrode overlapping the second electrode with a second inorganic insulating layer therebetween:
• a fourth electrode overlapping the third electrode with a third inorganic insulating layer therebetween;
• and
• a first conductive layer under the first semiconductor layer, and overlapping the first semiconductor layer and the first gate electrode,
• wherein the first conductive layer is electrically connected to the second electrode and the fourth electrode of the capacitor.
