Abstract
A unit pixel includes a transparent substrate, a plurality of light emitting devices arranged on the transparent substrate, and an optical layer disposed between the light emitting devices and the transparent substrate and transmitting light emitted from the light emitting devices. The transparent substrate has a concavo-convex pattern on a surface facing the light emitting devices.

A unit pixel, comprising:
- a transparent substrate;
- a plurality of light emitting devices arranged on the transparent substrate and including a semiconductor layer;
- an optical layer disposed between the light emitting devices and the transparent substrate and configured to transmit light emitted from the light emitting devices;
- a reflector disposed on the transparent substrate and configured to reflect light emitted from the semiconductor layer;
- a step adjustment layer covering a region of a light emitting device and comprising a region overlapping the optical layer;
- and
- a light guide window disposed over the transparent substrate and configured to provide at least one light path,
- wherein the transparent substrate has a concavo-convex pattern on a surface facing the light emitting devices,
- wherein the semiconductor layer includes a region having a different width from a width of the light guide window, and
- wherein the semiconductor layer is disposed between the reflector and the light guide window.

- a circuit board;

- a unit pixel disposed on the circuit board,
- wherein the unit pixel includes:
- a transparent substrate;
- a plurality of light emitting devices arranged on the transparent substrate and including a semiconductor layer;
- an optical layer disposed between the light emitting devices and the transparent substrate and configured to transmit light emitted from the light emitting devices;
- a reflector disposed on the transparent substrate and configured to reflect light emitted from the semiconductor layer;
- a step adjustment layer covering a region of a light emitting device and comprising a region overlapping the optical layer;

- a light guide window disposed over the transparent substrate and configured to provide at least one light path,
- wherein the transparent substrate has a concavo-convex pattern on a surface facing the light emitting devices,
- wherein the semiconductor layer includes a region having a different width from a width of the light guide window, and
- wherein the semiconductor layer is disposed between the reflector and the light guide window.

- a transparent substrate;
