Abstract
A display device according to an embodiment includes a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area, a plurality of light emitting elements disposed on the substrate, a first electrode and a second electrode disposed to be spaced apart from each other and electrically connected to plurality of the light emitting elements, a cover layer disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, and a color conversion layer disposed on the cover layer. The cover layer includes a plurality of sub-insulating layers each including a first layer and a second layer sequentially stacked. The first layer and the second layer have different refractive indices.

A display device comprising:
- a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area;
- a plurality of light emitting elements disposed on the substrate;
- a first electrode and a second electrode disposed to be spaced apart from each other and electrically connected to the plurality of light emitting elements;
- a cover layer disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode;
- and
- a color conversion layer disposed on the cover layer, wherein
- the cover layer includes a plurality of sub-insulating layers each including a first layer and a second layer sequentially stacked,
- the first layer and the second layer have different refractive indices,
- the plurality of light emitting elements emits light having a first wavelength range,
- the color conversion layer includes color conversion particles that convert light having the first wavelength range into light having a second wavelength range different from the first wavelength range,
- the cover layer passes light having the first wavelength range and proceeding from the color conversion layer to the light emitting element, and
- the cover layer reflects light having the second wavelength range and proceeding from the color conversion layer to the light emitting element.
A display device comprising:
- a plurality of light emitting elements disposed on a substrate;
- a first electrode and a second electrode disposed to be spaced apart from each other and electrically connected to the plurality of light emitting elements;
- a cover pattern disposed on the first electrode to cover the first electrode;
- and
- a color conversion layer disposed on the cover pattern, wherein
- the cover pattern includes:
- a plurality of sub-insulating layers each including a first layer and a second layer sequentially stacked;
- and
- an opening,
- the first layer and the second layer have different refractive indices, and
- the opening of the cover pattern exposes the second electrode.
An electronic device comprising a display device, wherein the display device comprises:
