Abstract
A micro LED pixel circuit driven by a PWM includes a sweep signal generation unit configured to output a sweep signal of which slope is adjusted according to grayscale data, a constant current control unit configured to supply a constant current and controls whether to stop supply of the constant current according to the sweep signal output by the sweep signal generation unit, and a micro LED driven by the constant current.

A micro light emitting diode (LED) pixel circuit driven using pulse width modulation (PWM), the micro LED pixel circuit comprising:
- a sweep signal generation unit configured to output a sweep signal having a slope which is adjusted according to grayscale data;
- a constant current control unit configured to supply a constant current and control whether to stop supply of the constant current according to the sweep signal output by the sweep signal generation unit;
- and
- a micro LED driven by the constant current.
