Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit information associated with one or more uplink transmissions performed by the UE within an L-band. The UE may receive, after transmitting the information, an adjusted frequency domain resource allocation that indicates an adjusted frequency range to be used by the UE for performing one or more other uplink transmissions. Numerous other aspects are described.
Claims30
An apparatus for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE), comprising:
- one or more memories;
- and
- one or more processors, coupled to the one or more memories, configured to cause the UE to:
- transmit, to at least one of a network node or a non-terrestrial network node and based at least in part on a determination to use a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) for UE positioning, information associated with one or more uplink transmissions previously performed by the UE within an L-band, or to be performed by the UE within the L-band;
- and
- receive, after the information is transmitted, an adjusted frequency domain resource allocation that indicates an adjusted frequency range to be used by the UE for one or more other uplink transmissions.
An apparatus for wireless communication at a network node, comprising:
- one or more memories;
- and
- one or more processors, coupled to the one or more memories, configured to cause the network node to:
- receive, from a user equipment (UE), information associated with one or more uplink transmissions previously performed by the UE within an L-band, or to be performed by the UE within the L-band,
- wherein the information indicates whether the UE is able to use a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) signal for positioning;
- and
- transmit, based on the information, an adjusted frequency domain resource allocation that indicates an adjusted frequency range to be used by the UE for one or more other uplink transmissions.
A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
- transmitting, to at least one of a network node or a non-terrestrial network node and based at least in part on a determination to use a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) for UE positioning, information associated with one or more uplink transmissions performed by the UE within an L-band, or to be performed by the UE within the L-band;
- and
- receiving, after transmitting the information, an adjusted frequency domain resource allocation that indicates an adjusted frequency range to be used by the UE for performing one or more other uplink transmissions.
A method of wireless communication performed by a network node, comprising:
- receiving, from a user equipment (UE), information associated with one or more uplink transmissions performed by the UE within an L-band, or to be performed by the UE within the L-band,
- wherein the information indicates whether the UE is able to use a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) signal for positioning;
- and
- transmitting, based on the information, an adjusted frequency domain resource allocation that indicates an adjusted frequency range to be used by the UE for performing one or more other uplink transmissions.
