Abstract
A data transmission method includes determining a multi-cell Multicast/Broadcast Service (MBS) synchronization transmission scenario; synchronously transmitting MBS control signaling to a second communication node over an air interface according to an MBS control signaling synchronization strategy corresponding to the multi-cell MBS synchronization transmission scenario; synchronously transmitting MBS user data to the second communication node over the air interface according to an MBS user data synchronization strategy and the MBS control signaling.
Claims19
A data transmission method, applied to a first communication node and comprising:
- determining a multi-cell Multicast/Broadcast Service (MBS) synchronization transmission scenario;
- synchronously transmitting MBS control signaling over multiple cells of the first communication node to a second communication node over an air interface according to an MBS control signaling synchronization strategy corresponding to the multi-cell MBS synchronization transmission scenario;
- and
- synchronously transmitting MBS user data over the multiple cells of the first communication node to the second communication node over the air interface according to an MBS user data synchronization strategy and the MBS control signaling;
- wherein the multi-cell MBS synchronization transmission scenario comprises:
- a multi-cell synchronous transmission within a same first network element;
- a multi-cell synchronous transmission under different first network elements in a same second network element;
- or
- a multi-cell synchronous transmission under different second network elements;
- wherein the first communication node comprises a base station, and the base station comprises a first network element and a second network element, the first network element is a distributed unit, the second network element is a centralized unit, and the second communication node comprises a user equipment;
- and
- wherein the MBS control signaling synchronization strategy and the MBS user data synchronization strategy refer to a strategy for synchronous transmission in which the base station controls the multiple cells to synchronously transmit a same content over a same air interface resource, wherein the same content comprises the MBS control signaling and the MBS user data.
A data transmission method, applied to a second communication node and comprising:
- receiving a multi-cell Multicast/Broadcast Service (MBS) service announcement message sent by an application server;
- receiving, according to the MBS service announcement message, MBS control signaling that is in a multi-cell MBS synchronization transmission scenario and sent by a first communication node;
- and
- receiving MBS user data sent by the first communication node according to the MBS control signaling;
- wherein the multi-cell MBS synchronization transmission scenario comprises:
- a multi-cell synchronous transmission within a same first network element;
- a multi-cell synchronous transmission under different first network elements in a same second network element;
- or
- a multi-cell synchronous transmission under different second network elements;
- wherein the first communication node comprises a base station, and the base station comprises a first network element and a second network element, the first network element is a distributed unit, the second network element is a centralized unit, and the second communication node comprises a user equipment;
- and
- wherein receiving the MBS user data sent by the first communication node according to the MBS control signaling comprises:
- acquiring a resource location of the MBS user data according to an instruction of the MBS control signaling;
- and receiving the MBS user data on the resource location.
