Electronic device comprising flexible display, and an operation method thereof

An operation method of an electronic device comprising at least one flexible display, the method comprising:

• displaying, on a display area of the at least one flexible display in a first state in which a size of the display area corresponds to a first size, a first indicator relating to a first usable time identified based on a residual capacity of a battery and the first size;
• detecting a change of a state of the electronic device from the first state to a second state in which the size of the display area corresponds to a second size;
• and
• displaying, on a display area of the at least one flexible display in the second state in which the size of the display area corresponds to a second size, a second indicator relating to a second usable time identified based on a residual capacity of a battery and the second size.

An electronic device comprising:

• a flexible display configured to assume one of a first state characterized as having a display area of a first size and a second state characterized as having the display area of a second size;
• and
• a processor configured to:
• display, on the display area of the first size, a first indicator relating to a first usable time identified based on a residual capacity of a battery according to the flexible display assuming the first state,
• detect a user input for switching the state of the electronic device from the first state to the second state, and
• display, on the display area of the second size, a second indicator relating to a second usable time identified based on the residual capacity of the battery according to the flexible display assuming the second state.
