Abstract
Disclosed are systems and techniques for performing wireless communication. In some aspects, a method performed at a user equipment (UE) may include obtaining configuration information for communicating with one or more aircrafts. In some examples, the method can include generating a message based at least in part on the configuration information. In some cases, the method can include outputting the message for transmission to at least one aircraft of the one or more aircrafts.
Claims30
An apparatus for wireless communications, comprising:
- at least one transceiver;
- at least one memory comprising instructions;
- and
- at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to cause the apparatus to:
- receive, via the at least one transceiver, configuration information associated with one or more aircrafts, wherein the configuration information includes one or more parameters to be used for communication between the apparatus and the one or more aircrafts;
- generate a message after receiving the configuration information;
- and
- transmit, to at least one aircraft of the one or more aircrafts via the at least one transceiver and using at least one parameter of the one or more parameters, the message, wherein the transmission is configured to cause data in the message to be relayed from the at least one aircraft to a terrestrial network entity.
A method for wireless communications performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
- receiving configuration information associated with one or more aircrafts, wherein the configuration information includes one or more parameters to be used for communication between the UE and the one or more aircrafts;
- generating a message after receiving the configuration information;
- and
- transmitting, to at least one aircraft of the one or more aircrafts and using at least one parameter of the one or more parameters, the message, wherein the transmission is configured to cause data in the message to be relayed from the at least one aircraft to a terrestrial network entity.
An apparatus for wireless communications, comprising:
- at least one transceiver;
- at least one memory comprising instructions;
- and
- at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to cause the apparatus to:
- receive, from a terrestrial user equipment (UE) via the at least one transceiver, at least one message, wherein the at least one message is based on configuration information associated with one or more aircrafts, and wherein the configuration information includes one or more parameters to be used for communication between the terrestrial UE and the one or more aircrafts;
- and
- transmit, to a terrestrial network entity via the at least one transceiver, data in the at least one message.
A method for wireless communications performed by an aircraft, comprising:
- receiving at least one message from a terrestrial user equipment (UE), wherein the at least one message is generated after the terrestrial UE receives configuration information associated with one or more aircrafts, and wherein the configuration information includes one or more parameters to be used for communication between the terrestrial UE and the one or more aircrafts;
- and
- transmitting, to a terrestrial network entity, data in the at least one message.
