Cyclic shift diversity-based communication method, apparatus, and system

A first communication apparatus, wherein the first communication apparatus comprises at least one processor and at least one non-transitory storage medium coupled to the at least one processor and storing programming instructions for execution by the at least one processor to cause the first communication apparatus to perform operations comprising:

• generating a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU), and the PPDU comprises a short training field (STF), a long training field (LTF), and a data field;
• cyclic shift is performed on at least one of the STF, the LTF, or the data field based on a cyclic shift diversity (CSD);
• the CSD comprises L elements, and L is a maximum number of spatial streams supported by the first communication apparatus;
• and the maximum number of spatial streams supported by the first communication apparatus is greater than 8, and values of the L elements of the CSD comprise:
• 0, −400, −200, −600, −350, −650, −100, −750, −250, −475, −125, −450, −75, −175, −725, and −625 in nanoseconds, or 0, −425, −200, −650, −475, −300, −625, −225, −150, −525, −50, −25, −375, −400, −550, and −325 in nanoseconds;
• and
• sending the PPDU to a second communication apparatus.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing programming instructions for execution by at least one processor of a first communication apparatus to cause the first communication apparatus to perform operations comprising:

• generating a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU), and the PPDU comprises a short training field (STF), a long training field (LTF), and a data field;
• cyclic shift is performed on at least one of the STF, the LTF, or the data field based on a cyclic shift diversity (CSD);
• the CSD comprises L elements, and L is a maximum number of spatial streams supported by the first communication apparatus;
• and the maximum number of spatial streams supported by the first communication apparatus is greater than 8, and values of the L elements of the CSD comprise:
• 0, −400, −200, −600, −350, −650, −100, −750, −250, −475, −125, −450, −75, −175, −725, and −625 in nanoseconds, or 0, −425, −200, −650, −475, −300, −625, −225, −150, −525, −50, −25, −375, −400, −550, and −325 in nanoseconds;
• and
• sending the PPDU to a second communication apparatus.
