Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a control circuit of a triac or thyristor having its driving reference terminal connected to a first reference node and coupled to a voltage rectifier comprising at least a semiconductor device connected between the first reference node and a second reference node of the control circuit comprising: a first bipolar transistor; and a driving circuit of the first transistor referenced to the second reference node.
Claims15
A voltage converter circuit comprising:
- a first input of the voltage converter circuit;
- a second input of the voltage converter circuit;
- a first output of the voltage converter circuit;
- a second output of the voltage converter circuit;
- wherein the first input of the voltage converter circuit and the second input of the voltage converter circuit are configured to receive an AC voltage;
- a voltage rectifier assembly comprising at least one semiconductor device connected between the second input of the voltage converter circuit and the second output of the voltage converter circuit;
- at least a triac or a thyristor comprising a driving reference terminal, wherein the driving reference terminal is connected to connected with the at least one semiconductor device of the voltage rectifier assembly at the second input of the voltage converter circuit;
- at least one control circuit of the triac or thyristor comprising:
