Semiconductor device

A semiconductor device comprising:

• a substrate;
• a first substrate power supply interconnect, a second substrate power supply interconnect, and a third substrate power supply interconnect provided in the substrate, a voltage to be supplied to the first substrate power supply interconnect being different from a voltage to be supplied to the second substrate power supply interconnect, and a voltage to be supplied to the first substrate power supply interconnect being different from the voltage to be supplied to the third substrate power supply interconnect;
• a first substrate clamp circuit provided in the substrate and positioned between the first substrate power supply interconnect and the second substrate power supply interconnect;
• a second substrate clamp circuit provided in the substrate and positioned between the first substrate power supply interconnect and the third substrate power supply interconnect;
• a first semiconductor chip and a second semiconductor chip provided on the substrate;
• a first chip power supply interconnect provided in the first semiconductor chip and electrically connected to the first substrate power supply interconnect;
• a second chip power supply interconnect provided in the first semiconductor chip and electrically connected to the second substrate power supply interconnect;
• a first circuit provided in the first semiconductor chip and positioned between the first chip power supply interconnect and the second chip power supply interconnect;
• a third chip power supply interconnect provided in the second semiconductor chip and electrically connected to the first substrate power supply interconnect;
• a fourth chip power supply interconnect provided in the second semiconductor chip and electrically connected to the third substrate power supply interconnect;
• and
• a second circuit provided in the second semiconductor chip and positioned between the third chip power supply interconnect and the fourth chip power supply interconnect,
• wherein a signal output from the first circuit is input to the second circuit.
