Abstract
A folding method for a battery pouch in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure includes the steps of folding corner areas of a pouch-type exterior member that includes a main side, a first subside on one side of the main side, and a second subside on the other side of the main side along a first folding line; folding a first portion of the pouch-type exterior member to the inside of the pouch-type exterior member along a second folding line; and folding a second portion of the pouch-type exterior member to the outside of the pouch-type exterior member along a third folding line.
Claims9
A folding method for a battery pouch, comprising the steps of:
- folding corner areas of a pouch-type exterior member that comprises a main side extending in a first direction, a first subside extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction on one side of the main side, and a second subside extending in the second direction on the other side of the main side along a first folding line extending in a direction intersecting both the first direction and the second direction;
- and
- folding an area adjacent to the main side of the pouch-type exterior member along an extended folding line according to a direction parallel to the first direction,
- wherein the folding along the extended folding line comprises:
- folding a first portion of the pouch-type exterior member to the inside of the pouch-type exterior member along a second folding line;
- and folding a second portion of the pouch-type exterior member to the outside of the pouch-type exterior member along a third folding line.
