Abstract
A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery including the same are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a non-aqueous electrolyte includes a lithium salt, a non-aqueous solvent, a compound represented by Formula 1, and a compound represented by Formula 2, wherein the compound represented by Formula 1 and the compound represented by Formula 2 are included in a volume ratio of 1:0.1 to 1:1.5. Also, a lithium secondary battery including the non-aqueous electrolyte has improved high-temperature storage safety.
Claims11
A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, the non-aqueous electrolyte solution comprising:
- a lithium salt present in a concentration of 0.8 M to 3.0 M;
- a non-aqueous solvent;
- a compound represented by Formula 1;
- and
- a compound represented by Formula 2,
- wherein the compound represented by Formula 1 and the compound represented by Formula 2 are present in a volume ratio of 1:0.1 to 1:1.5:
- wherein, in Formula 1,
- R1 to R3 are each independently an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which is substituted with at least one fluorine,
- wherein, in Formula 2,
- R4 and R5 are each independently hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms,
- R6 to R8 are each independently hydrogen, fluorine, or an alkyl group having 1 to 7 carbon atoms which is substituted with at least one fluorine, and
- R9 is an alkyl group having 1 to 7 carbon atoms which is substituted with at least one fluorine.
