A conductive material used for a positive electrode of a battery, the conductive material comprising:
- a substrate;
- and
- a film, wherein:
- the film is configured to cover at least a portion of a surface of the substrate;
- the substrate is configured to include a conductive carbon material;
- the film is configured to include a glass network forming element and oxygen;
- and
- the film consists of lithium atoms, phosphorous atoms, and oxygen atoms.
