Psychological counsel provision system and method therefor

A method of providing psychological counseling, comprising:

• when a preset extended reality (XR) room-creation menu is selected from an initial screen displayed on an expert terminal, displaying, by the expert terminal linked with a server, an XR counseling room invitation client selection screen corresponding to the selected XR room-creation menu to select a client to be invited to the XR counseling room;
• when a specific user is selected from the XR counseling room invitation client selection screen displayed on the expert terminal, displaying, by the expert terminal linked with the server and a terminal owned by the selected specific user, an XR counseling room screen;
• while a counseling function with an expert of the expert terminal and the specific user is performed through the XR counseling room screen displayed on the expert terminal, to perform a monitoring function for the specific user through a chat function by participating in a metaverse chat room related to a specific theme, selecting, by the expert terminal, a specific metaverse chat room when an entry item with a chat training room displayed on one side of the XR counseling room screen is selected;
• displaying, by the expert terminal, an expert's position selection screen for selecting whether the expert enters as a spectator or as a chatter;
• and
• when a spectator item or a chatter item is selected from the expert's position selection screen displayed on the expert terminal according to the expert's selection, entering, by the expert terminal linked with the server, the metaverse chat room as a spectator corresponding to the selected spectator item or as chatter corresponding to the selected chatter item.
