Landscape maintenance and management system

A property management method providing a service report of tasks performed on a subject property, executed by an interactive software user tool electronically downloaded onto an electronic device, the method comprising:

• generating, by a centralized computer receiver interface having a server database comprising a baseline dataset, a customer service report and electronically transmitting the customer service report to the electronic device comprising a customer/consumer interface;
• accessing, by the electronic device customer/consumer interface located at the subject property comprising, data for a geospatially verified subject property, wherein said customer/consumer interface has internet access and is in electronic communication with the centralized computer, wherein the electronic device collects and transmits subject property data to the centralized computer, and wherein validation of services/materials is provided at the subject property is input by the service provider at a service provider interface and is transmitted to the centralized computer;
• wherein the subject property data comprises moisture level, temperature, light/dark schedule, and photographic images of topographical condition at the subject property, and
• wherein the customer service report generated by the centralized computer is transmitted to and displayed at the customer/consumer interface, and
• wherein the customer service report comprises services completed and/or to be provided and materials used and/or to be provided, entered by the service provider on the service provider device interface.

A property management method providing a service report of tasks performed on a subject property, executed by an interactive software user tool electronically downloaded onto an electronic device, the method comprising:

• generating, by a centralized computer receiver interface having a server database comprising a baseline dataset, a customer service report and electronically transmitting the customer service report to the electronic device comprising a customer/consumer interface;
• accessing, by the electronic device customer/consumer interface located at the subject property comprising, data for a geospatially verified subject property, wherein said customer/consumer interface has internet access and is in electronic communication with the centralized computer, wherein the electronic device collects and transmits subject property data to the centralized computer, and wherein validation of services and/or materials is provided at the subject property is input by a contractor/service provider at a contractor/service provider interface and is transmitted to the centralized computer;
• wherein the subject property data comprises moisture level, temperature, light/dark schedule, and photographic images of topographical condition at the subject property,
• wherein the contractor/service provider interface enables a contractor to receive data from a contractor/service provider receiver and permits the contractor/service provider to generate and transmit a service and/or materials cost bid for the subject property to the contractor;
• wherein the customer service report includes services completed and/or to be provided, and materials used and/or to be provided, by the service provider, wherein said method comprises an interface for the service provider to directly input a description of services completed and/or to be provided and materials used and/or to be provided, at the geospatially verified subject property, and
• wherein the customer service report generated by the centralized computer is transmitted to and displayed at the customer/consumer interface.
