Systems and methods for automated notification and resolution of trigger events

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, including instructions stored thereon, which when read and executed by one or more computer processors, cause the one or more computer processors to perform steps comprising:

• monitoring an account for a trigger condition;
• generating a text or email notification in response to the trigger condition being met;
• communicating the text or email notification to an electronic device associated with the account and a link to a network location to resolve the trigger condition and a link to a generated voice notification comprising that the trigger condition has been met, wherein the link to retrieve the generated voice notification and the link to the network location to resolve the trigger condition are the same link, wherein the generated voice notification is provided as an in-application notification at the network location;
• authenticating, by a user electronic device computer program executing on the electronic device, a user associated with the account prior to providing access to the generated voice notification at the network location;
• responsive to successful authentication, playing, by the user electronic device computer program, the generated voice notification once the network location is navigated to;
• presenting, at the network location to resolve the trigger condition, one or more resolution options;
• receiving, at the network location to resolve the trigger condition, a selection of one of the one or more resolution options, wherein the selection is captured locally by the user electronic device computer program when a data connection between the electronic device and the backend computer program is unavailable, and automatically transmitted, and received when the data connection is restored;
• and
• executing the selected resolution option.

A method for automated notification and resolution of trigger events, comprising:

• monitoring, by a backend computer program, an account for a trigger condition;
• generating, by the backend computer program, a text or email notification in response to the trigger condition being met;
• communicating the text or email notification to an electronic device associated with the account and a link to a network location to resolve the trigger condition and a link to a generated voice notification comprising that the trigger condition has been met, wherein the link to retrieve the generated voice notification and the link to the network location to resolve the trigger condition are the same link, wherein the generated voice notification is provided as-an in-application notification at the network location;
• authenticating, by a user electronic device computer program executing on the electronic device, a user associated with the account prior to providing access to the generated voice notification at the network location;
• responsive to successful authentication, playing, by a user electronic device computer program of the electronic device, the generated voice notification once the network location is navigated to;
• presenting, by the backend computer program and at an interface, one or more resolution options;
• receiving, by the backend computer program and at the interface, a selection of one of the one or more resolution options, wherein the selection is captured locally by the user electronic device computer program when a data connection between the electronic device and the backend computer program is unavailable, and automatically transmitted, and received when the data connection is restored;
• and
• executing, by the backend computer program, the selected resolution option.
