Data processing method, apparatus, and device, and computer-readable storage medium

A data processing apparatus, comprising:

• processing circuitry configured to:
• obtain a first model that includes N network layers, the first model being trained with a first data set that includes first data and training label information of the first data, N being a positive integer;
• train the first model with a second data set, the second data set including second data and training label information of the second data, the second data being quantized;
• quantize a first unquantized target network layer of the N network layers to obtain a first quantized target network layer, a parameter of the first unquantized target network layer being replaced with a quantized parameter that has a lower numerical precision than a numerical precision of the parameter of the first unquantized target network layer;
• and
• train an updated first model that includes the first quantized target network layer with the second data set to obtain a second model.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, storing instructions which when executed by a processor cause the processor to perform:

• obtaining a first model that includes N network layers, the first model being trained with a first data set that includes first data and training label information of the first data, N being a positive integer;
• training the first model with a second data set, the second data set including second data and training label information of the second data, the second data being quantized;
• quantizing a first unquantized target network layer of the N network layers to obtain a first quantized target network layer, a parameter of the first unquantized target network layer being replaced with a quantized parameter that has a lower numerical precision than a numerical precision of the parameter of the first unquantized target network layer;
• and
• training an updated first model that includes the first quantized target network layer with the second data set to obtain a second model.
