Abstract
Methods, storage media, and apparatuses to integrate a chatbot into a web page provided to a client device. The chatbot may analyzes the content of the web page and outputs multiple prompts. The chatbot then collects user responses to these prompts and based on those responses, generates a decision that identifies a specific resource from a plurality of available resources.

A method, comprising:
- receiving, by a processor from a client device, a request to access a web page;
- providing, by the processor to the client device, the web page including an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot, the AI chatbot trained on training data comprising a plurality of decision trees, a plurality of attributes of a plurality of resources, and a plurality of profiles;
- determining, by the AI chatbot, a content of the web page;
- outputting, by the AI chatbot based on a model configuration decision tree, a first prompt of a plurality of prompts associated with the content;
- receiving, by the AI chatbot, a first response to the first prompt;
- outputting, by the AI chatbot based on the first response and the model configuration decision tree, a second prompt of the plurality of prompts;
- receiving, by the AI chatbot, a second response to the second prompt, wherein the first and second responses are respective ones of a plurality of responses to the plurality of prompts;
- comparing, by the AI chatbot, respective attributes of the plurality of responses to metadata attributes of the plurality of resources to filter the plurality of resources to a remaining set of resources;
- computing, by the AI chatbot based on the model configuration decision tree and the comparison, a respective score for each resource in the remaining set of resources;
- and
- outputting, by the AI chatbot based on the scores, a decision comprising a first resource of the remaining set of resources.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the computer-readable storage medium including instructions that when executed by a processor, cause the processor to:
- receive, from a client device, a request to access a web page;
- provide, to the client device, the web page including an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot, the AI chatbot trained on training data comprising a plurality of decision trees, a plurality of attributes of a plurality of resources, and a plurality of profiles;
- determine, by the AI chatbot, a content of the web page;
- output, by the AI chatbot based on a model configuration decision tree, a first prompt of a plurality of prompts associated with the content;
- receive, by the AI chatbot, a first response to the first prompt;
- output, by the AI chatbot based on the first response and the model configuration decision tree, a second prompt of the plurality of prompts;
- receive, by the AI chatbot, a second response to the second prompt, wherein the first and second responses are respective ones of a plurality of responses to the plurality of prompts;
- compare, by the AI chatbot, respective attributes of the plurality of responses to metadata attributes of the plurality of resources to filter the plurality of resources to a remaining set of resources;
- compute, by the AI chatbot based on the model configuration decision tree and the comparison, a respective score for each resource in the remaining set of resources;
- and
- output, by the AI chatbot based on the scores, a decision comprising a first resource of the remaining set of resources.

An apparatus, comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
- receive, from a client device, a request to access a web page;
- provide, to the client device, the web page including an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot, the AI chatbot trained on training data comprising a plurality of decision trees, a plurality of attributes of a plurality of resources, and a plurality of profiles;
- determine, by the AI chatbot, a content of the web page;
- output, by the AI chatbot based on a model configuration decision tree, a first prompt of a plurality of prompts associated with the content;
- receive, by the AI chatbot, a first response to the first prompt;
- output, by the AI chatbot based on the first response and the model configuration decision tree, a second prompt of the plurality of prompts;
- receive, by the AI chatbot, a second response to the second prompt, wherein the first and second responses are respective ones of a plurality of responses to the plurality of prompts;
- compare, by the AI chatbot, respective attributes of the plurality of responses to metadata attributes of the plurality of resources to filter the plurality of resources to a remaining set of resources;
- compute, by the AI chatbot based on the model configuration decision tree and the comparison, a respective score for each resource in the remaining set of resources;
- and
- output, by the AI chatbot based on the scores, a decision comprising a first resource of the remaining set of resources.
