• receive the query input by a user using an input device,
• search for one or more documents stored in a document database private to the server device based on the received query and acquire one or more contents having high relevance to the query as a search result,
• confirm whether the search result can be transmitted to the server device, wherein the search result is confirmed as non-transmittable when the search result includes a specific character string indicating confidential information,
• transmit the search result confirmed as transmittable to the server device via a communication device, and
• receive, from the server device via the communication device, an answer sentence generated by the server device using the transmitted search result.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing an information processing program configured to cause a processor to execute an information processing method for obtaining an answer to a query by processing a document and the query using a machine learning model provided by a server device, wherein

• the processor is configured to
• receive the query input by a user using an input device,
• search for one or more documents stored in a document database private to the server device based on the received query and acquire one or more contents having high relevance to the query as a search result,
• confirm whether the search result can be transmitted to the server device, wherein the search result is confirmed as non-transmittable when the search result includes a specific character string indicating confidential information,
• transmit the search result confirmed as transmittable to the server device via a communication device, and
• receive, from the server device via the communication device, an answer sentence generated by the server device using the transmitted search result.
