Automatic cell table builder

A computing device that generates a structured data table, the computing device comprising a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable memory, wherein the processor is configured to carry out instructions from the memory that configure the computing device to:

• receive (a) source data comprising a plurality of data cells organized according to a schema defining a structural organization of the plurality of data cells and (b) user inputs including one or more transformations to be applied to change the structural organization defined by the schema of the source data via a graphical user interface;
• generate mapping associated with the schema of the source data, the mapping defining the one or more transformations to be applied to the schema of the source data according to the user inputs;
• newly generate an automated cell table that is separate from and linked to the source data by applying the one or more transformations to the schema of the source data based on the mapping, the automated cell table comprising a plurality of concepts where each concept is associated with a plurality of cells within the automated cell table;
• and
• display the automated cell table.
