An electronic device and an infrared touch frame (1) having a radio frequency signal processing function. An accommodation space is formed at least by the infrared touch frame (1); a circuit board (13), an infrared light element (131), and a radio frequency signal element (14) are provided in the accommodation space; the circuit board (13) is electrically connected to the infrared light element (131) and the radio frequency signal element (14), respectively; the side of the infrared touch frame (1) close to a display device main body (2) is provided with a filter strip (12); an infrared signal of the infrared light element (131) and a radio frequency signal of the radio frequency signal element (14) both penetrate through the filter strip (12) for transmission, so that the transmission efficiency of the radio frequency signal can be improved.
