Abstract
An example heater includes a heat generating pattern provided on a substrate and a first electrode located at a first end of the heat generating pattern. The heater further includes a plurality of second electrodes located at an opposite end of the heat generating pattern. The plurality of second electrodes are respectively spaced apart from the first electrode at a plurality of distances. A connector is located between the heat generating pattern and the first or a second electrode.
Claims14
A heater comprising:
- a heat generating pattern provided on a substrate;
- a first electrode located at a first end of the heat generating pattern;
- a plurality of second electrodes located at an opposite end of the heat generating pattern, the plurality of second electrodes being respectively spaced apart from the first electrode at a plurality of distances;
- and
- a connector located between the heat generating pattern and the first or a second electrode, wherein the heat generating pattern includes a first ratio of a first material and a second material, and wherein the connector includes a second ratio of the first material and the second material, the second ratio having a higher resistivity than the first ratio.
