Strain gauge module including strain detection device film and thin-plate metal substrate

A strain gauge module, comprising:

• a strain detection device film configured to be attached to a measurement target, the strain detection device film including a terminal disposed on an upper surface thereof, and being configured to detect strain generated in the measurement target;
• and
• a thin-plate metal substrate including an upper surface and a lower surface, wherein
• the strain detection device film is attached to the upper surface of the thin-plate metal substrate via an adhesive layer,
• the lower surface of the thin-plate metal substrate serves as an attachment surface to be attached to the measurement target, and
• a thickness of the adhesive layer is 30 μm or smaller, the thickness of the adhesive layer being a distance from a tip of a projecting portion formed on the upper surface of the thin-plate metal substrate to a lower surface of the strain detection device film, the tip having a predetermined reference height in which an abnormal projection that exceeds the predetermined reference height is excluded.
