The present invention relates to a water line connection system with a hose attachment and method of installation comprising a tee joint inserted into an incoming cold-water pipe, a section of pipe connected to the tee joint, a shut-off valve attached to the pipe, a flexible branch line attached between the shut-off valve and a quick-connect coupling affixed to a coupling housing. An adaptor fitting is inserted into a hole in a countertop and the coupling housing is secured to the adaptor fitting such that the quick-connect coupling is accessible through the adaptor fitting. A hose may be attached to the quick-connect coupling and a nozzle may be attached at the end of the hose. A washer and nut may be used to secure the adaptor fitting to the countertop, and one or more pairs of goggles, and one or more safety face masks may be provided.
