Abstract
This is to achieve low temperature toughness in a blow molded product, blow molding properties such as mold transferability, suppression of burning, suppression of surface unevenness, drawdown property and dimensional stability of the blow molded product, and blister resistance in combination. A polyamide resin composition of the present invention comprises 60 to 85% by mass of a polyamide resin (A), 20% by mass or more of an olefin-based ionomer (B) and 5 to 20% by mass of an impact resistant material (C) in 100% by mass of the polyamide resin composition, and contains 20% by mass or more of an aliphatic copolymerized polyamide (A-1) in 100% by mass of the polyamide resin (A).
Claims12
A tank comprising a blow molded product of a polyamide resin composition which comprises
- 60 to 85% by mass of a polyamide resin (A), 5 to 20% by mass of an olefin-based ionomer (B) and 5 to 20% by mass of an impact resistant material (C) in 100% by mass of the polyamide resin composition,
- wherein the polyamide resin (A) contains 80% by mass or more of an aliphatic copolymerized polyamide (A-1) in 100% by mass the polyamide resin (A),
- the impact resistant material (C) is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of (ethylene and/or propylene)/α-olefin-based copolymer modified by a carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof except a carboxylic acid metal salt, and/or an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof except an unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt and (ethylene and/or propylene)/(α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester)-based copolymer modified or not modified by a carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof except a carboxylic acid metal salt, and/or an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof except an unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt.
A method of producing a tank comprising:
- blow molding a polyamide resin composition which comprises
- 60 to 85% by mass of a polyamide resin (A), 5 to 20% by mass of an olefin-based ionomer (B) and 5 to 20% by mass of an impact resistant material (C) in 100% by mass of the polyamide resin composition,
- wherein the polyamide resin (A) contains 80% by mass or more of an aliphatic copolymerized polyamide (A-1) in 100% by mass the polyamide resin (A), and
- the impact resistant material (C) is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of (ethylene and/or propylene)/α-olefin-based copolymer modified by a carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof except a carboxylic acid metal salt, and/or an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof except an unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt and (ethylene and/or propylene)/(α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester)-based copolymer modified or not modified by a carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof except a carboxylic acid metal salt, and/or an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof except an unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt.
