A bispecific antibody comprising a first binding fragment and a second binding fragment that bind to non-overlapping epitopes of human thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) wherein
- the first binding fragment comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region,
- wherein the heavy chain variable region comprises:
- heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 (HCDR1) set forth in SEQ ID NO:29,
- heavy chain complementarity determining region 2 (HCDR2) set forth in SEQ ID NO:30, and
- heavy chain complementarity determining region 3 (HCDR3) set forth in SEQ ID NO:31;
- and
- the light chain variable region comprises:
- light chain complementarity determining region 1 (LCDR1) set forth in SEQ ID NO:32,
- light chain complementarity determining region 2 (LCDR2) set forth in SEQ ID NO:33, and
- light chain complementarity determining region 3 (LCDR3) set forth in SEQ ID NO:34;
- the second binding fragment comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region,
- wherein the heavy chain variable region comprises:
- HCDR1 set forth in SEQ ID NO:35,
- HCDR2 set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 36, and
- HCDR3 set forth in SEQ ID NO:
