Abstract
The present invention relates to a crystalline form of the heterocyclic compound N-(4-(1-(2-cyanoacetyl)-3-methyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-6-yl)cyclopropanecarboxamide as a protein kinase inhibitor.
Claims4
A crystalline form of N-(4-(1-(2-cyanoacetyl)-3-methyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-6-yl) cyclopropanecarboxamide,
- wherein the crystalline form shows an X-ray powder diffraction pattern comprising diffraction peaks at diffraction angle 2θ (±0.2°) values of 4.6°, 8.1°, 8.8°, 11.2°, 12.1°, 15.5°, 20.3° and 22.4°, and
- wherein the crystalline form shows a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) endothermic peak at 142.07 to 157.29° C.
