Abstract
An intermediate of biliverdin represented by formula 1, and preparation method and use thereof: in formula 1, R is C1-C5 alkyl, or benzyl; “” at positions A and B independently represent a single bond or a double bond; when “” represents a single bond, R1 or R2 connected to the single bond is selected from one of tosyl, p-toluenesulfonyl, phenylsulfonyl, phenylsulfinyl; and when “” represents a double bond, R1 or R2 connected to the double bond is hydrogen.

An intermediate of biliverdin represented by formula 1:
- wherein:
- R is C1-C5 alkyl, or benzyl;
- “” at positions A and B independently represent a single bond or a double bond;
- when “” represents a single bond, R1 or R2 connected to the single bond is selected from p-toluenesulfonyl, p-toluenesulfinyl, phenylsulfonyl, and phenylsulfinyl;
- and
- when “” represents a double bond, R1 or R2 connected to the double bond is hydrogen, and wherein at least one of R1 or R2 is selected from p-toluenesulfonyl, p-toluenesulfinyl, phenylsulfonyl, and phenylsulfinyl.
