A pouch making step, at a first site, includes: a manufacturing sub-step wherein pouches are manufactured as a continuous strip of two rows wherein the pouches of one row face an opposite direction compared with the adjacent row, and the strip is cut into two semi-strips, then deflected laterally and overlapped; and a packaging sub-step, wherein the overlapping semi-strips pouches are jointly packaged in a zig-zag package or in a roll.
