Abstract
A lock device can be shifted between a locked state and an unlocked state. The lock device includes a lock pin, a solenoid, and a pressing unit. The lock pin is movable between a locked position where a propeller is locked and an unlocked position where the propeller is not locked. The pressing unit presses the lock pin to the locked position by a mechanical pressing force. The solenoid includes a solenoid coil and a plunger. When the solenoid coil is energized, the plunger moves the lock pin to the unlocked position against the mechanical pressing force.
Claims12
A propulsion device configured to cause a motor to rotate a rotary blade to propel a flight vehicle, the propulsion device comprising:
- a restriction member movable between (i) a restriction position, at which the restriction member is caught in a reception portion, which is configured to rotate together with the rotary blade, to restrict rotation of the rotary blade, and (ii) a permission position, at which the restriction member is not caught in the reception portion, to permit rotation of the rotary blade;
- an energization drive unit including
- an energization unit that, when energized, is configured to drive the restriction member to move from one of the restriction position and the permission position to the other of the restriction position and the permission position, and
- an energization-based restriction portion configured to hold the restriction member at the restriction position by continuing energization of the energization unit;
- a mechanical permission portion configured to apply mechanical energy to hold the restriction member at the permission position when the energization unit is not energized;
- and
- a motor control unit configured to cause rotation of the motor to decelerate to slow down rotation of the rotary blade, the motor control unit comprising at least one processor programmed to:
- when rotation of the rotary blade is smaller than a threshold, cause the energization drive unit to energize the energization unit to move the restriction member from the permission position to the restriction position;
- cause the energization drive unit to stop the energization of the energization unit to allow for releasing restriction of the rotary blade by mechanical energy;
- after stopping the energization of the energization unit, confirm that the rotary blade rotates;
- and
- when the rotary blade rotates, determine that restriction release of the rotary blade is completed.
A propulsion control device configured to control rotation of a rotary blade via a motor to propel a flight vehicle, the propulsion control device comprising at least one processor programmed to:
- perform energization control on an energization unit to

- (ii) hold the restriction member at the restriction position by continuing energization of the energization unit;
- perform the energization control on the energization unit to move the restriction member to a permission position, at which the restriction member is not caught in the reception portion and at which the restriction member is held when the energization unit is not energized by applied mechanical energy of a mechanical permission portion, to permit rotation of the rotary blade;
- cause rotation of the motor to decelerate to slow down rotation of the rotary blade;
- when rotation of the rotary blade is smaller than a threshold, cause an energization drive unit to energize the energization unit to move the restriction member from the permission position to the restriction position;
- cause the energization drive unit to stop the energization of the energization unit to allow for releasing restriction of the rotary blade by mechanical energy;
- after stopping the energization of the energization unit, confirm that the rotary blade rotates;
- and
- when the rotary blade rotates, determine that restriction release of the rotary blade is completed.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program for controlling rotation of a rotary blade via a motor to propel a flight vehicle, the program comprising instructions configured to, when executed by at least one processor, to cause the at least one processor to:
- perform energization control on an energization unit to
- (i) move a restriction member to a restriction position, at which the restriction member is caught in a reception portion, which is configured to rotate together with the rotary blade, to restrict rotation of the rotary blade, and
- (ii) hold the restriction member at the restriction position by continuing energization of the energization unit;
- perform the energization control on the energization unit to move the restriction member to a permission position, at which the restriction member is not caught in the reception portion and at which the restriction member is held when the energization unit is not energized by applied mechanical energy of a mechanical permission portion, to permit rotation of the rotary blade;
- cause rotation of the motor to decelerate to slow down rotation of the rotary blade;
- when rotation of the rotary blade is smaller than a threshold, cause an energization drive unit to energize the energization unit to move the restriction member from the permission position to the restriction position;
- cause the energization drive unit to stop the energization of the energization unit to allow for releasing restriction of the rotary blade by mechanical energy;
- after stopping the energization of the energization unit, confirm that the rotary blade rotates;
- and
- when the rotary blade rotates, determine that restriction release of the rotary blade is completed.
A propulsion control device configured to control rotation of a rotary blade via a motor to propel a flight vehicle, the propulsion control device comprising:
