Aviation wheel chock apparatus

A wheel chock, comprising:

• a base engageable with a support surface;
• a first chocking face and a second chocking face positioned above the base, wherein the first chocking face and the second chocking face include angled surfaces;
• a spine forming a top surface parallel to the base, the spine adjoining the first chocking face and the second chocking face, and the spine defining apertures;
• and
• a chargeable light emissive material positioned across at least one of the first chocking face, the second chocking face, or the spine;
• wherein each aperture is surrounded by a planar portion to support an interference fit with a handle.

A wheel chock, comprising:

• a base;
• side faces extending upward relative to the base;
• a first chocking face and a second chocking face positioned above the side faces, wherein the first chocking face and the second chocking face include angled surfaces;
• a spine forming a top surface parallel to the base, the spine adjoining the first chocking face and the second chocking face, and the spine defining apertures;
• a slideable handle movably attached to the spine, the slideable handle comprising upright members and a crossbar, and the slideable handle being configured to translate up and down between a raised position and a lowered position, wherein in the lowered position, the upright members are positioned below the spine and the crossbar is positioned adjacent to the spine;
• and
• a chargeable light emissive material positioned across at least one of the side faces, the first chocking face, the second chocking face, the spine, or the handle;
• wherein each aperture is surrounded by a planar portion to support an interference fit with the handle.

A wheel chock, comprising:

• a body portion comprising:
• a base engageable with a support surface;
• at least one chocking face positioned above the base, the at least one chocking face comprising an angled surface relative to the base;
• and
• one or more surfaces adjacent to the at least one chocking face, the one or more surfaces extending upward relative to the base;
• a top surface parallel to the base, the top surface adjoining the at least one chocking face, and the top surface defining apertures;
• and
• a chargeable light emissive material included in at least part of the body portion;
• wherein each aperture is surrounded by a planar portion to support an interference fit with a handle.
