The device includes a main frame made of a structural steel pipe, a B-FORM assembly seated with a preset load on a seat, which is an inspection target that is continuously moved through a conveyor system, a moving unit connecting the B-FORM assembly to the main frame, and seating the B-FORM assembly on the seat with a preset load when the seat is moved to an inspection position, and a system control panel inspecting whether the reminder of a seat belt installed on the seat is normally output when the B-FORM assembly is seated on the seat.
