Abstract
In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a fluid ejection device component is described. The example fluid ejection device component includes a fluidic structure (100) with at least one channel to deliver fluid to a fluid ejection die and at least one via for passing electrical routing.
Claims16
A fluid ejection device component, comprising:
- a fluidic structure comprising at least one channel to deliver fluid to a fluid ejection die and at least one via for passing electrical routing, wherein the via passes through a wall of the fluidic structure from a back side of the fluidic structure to a front headland side of the fluidic structure;
- a fluid ejection die to receive the fluid from the fluidic structure;
- an electrical connection support substrate;
- and
- electrical routing across the electrical connection support substrate extending along a back side of the fluidic structure, up to and through the via to an opposite front headland side and connected to the fluid ejection die to control the fluid ejection die.
2 more elements
A fluid ejection device component, comprising:
- a molded fluidic element for channeling fluid from a fluid reservoir to a fluid ejection die attached to a front headland of the fluidic element;
- a fluid ejection die attached to a front headland surface of the fluidic element;
- an electrical connection support substrate;
- and
- electrical routing on the electrical connection support substrate connected to the fluid ejection die at one end of the electrical connection support substrate and extending through a wall of the molded fluidic element to the headland for the connection to the fluid ejection die, wherein the wall comprises a via at an or each end of the fluid ejection die through which the electrical routing extends from a back side to a front side of the wall.
