Abstract
A fine particles space placement control system includes a fine particles generator configured to generate fine particles in a predetermined space by applying external energy to a liquid or a solid and an irradiator configured to remove some of the fine particles generated by the fine particles generator by irradiating the some fine particles with infrared light.
Claims16
A fine particles space placement control system comprising:
- a fine particles generator generating fine particles hanging in a predetermined space by applying external energy to a liquid or a solid;
- an irradiator removing some of the fine particles generated by the fine particles generator by irradiating the some of the fine particles with an infrared light and thus vaporizing or burning the some of the fine particles, wherein the fine particles generator comprises an ultrasonic vibrator configured to generate a group of liquid particles by pulverizing the liquid using ultrasound vibration;
- a recognizer configured to recognize a form of the fine particles generated by the fine particles generator;
- and
- a controller configured to:
- control the irradiator by comparing the form of the fine particles recognized by the recognizer and form information indicating a form of fine particles to be shaped,
- identify a range of the fine particles hanging in the predetermined space to be irradiated by the irradiator, and
- cause the irradiator to irradiate with infrared light to remove the some of the fine particles.
A fine particles space placement control method comprising:
- generating, by a computer, fine particles hanging in a predetermined space by applying external energy to a liquid or a solid;
- removing, by the computer, some of the fine particles generated by a fine particles generator by irradiating the some of the fine particles with an infrared light and thus vaporizing or burning the some of the fine particles, wherein the fine particles generator comprises an ultrasonic vibrator configured to generate a group of liquid particles by pulverizing the liquid using ultrasound vibration;
- recognizing, by a recognizer, a form of the fine particles generated by the fine particles generator;
- controlling, by a controller, the irradiator by comparing the form of the fine particles recognized by the recognizer and form information indicating a form of fine particles to be shaped;
- identifying, by the controller, a range of the fine particles hanging in the predetermined space to be irradiated by the irradiator, and
- causing, by the controller, the irradiator to irradiate with infrared light to remove the some of the fine particles.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, storing computer-readable instruction thereon, which, when executed by processor, cause the processor to execute a method comprising:
- generating fine particles hanging in a predetermined space by applying external energy to a liquid or a solid;
- removing some of the fine particles generated by a fine particles generator by irradiating the some of the fine particles with an infrared light and thus vaporizing or burning the some of the fine particles, wherein the fine particles generator comprises an ultrasonic vibrator configured to generate a group of liquid particles by pulverizing the liquid using ultrasound vibration;
- recognizing, by a recognizer, a form of the fine particles generated by the fine particles generator;
- controlling, by a controller, the irradiator by comparing the form of the fine particles recognized by the recognizer and form information indicating a form of fine particles to be shaped;
- identifying, by the controller, a range of the fine particles hanging in the predetermined space to be irradiated by the irradiator, and
- causing, by the controller, the irradiator to irradiate with infrared light to remove the some of the fine particles.
