Single stud wall mountable exercise machine

A minimalist wall-mountable exercise machine, comprising:

• an elongated vertically wall-mountable beam configured to be secured to a single wall stud thereby being entirely supported by the single stud;
• an upper bracket for interconnecting an upper portion of the vertically wall-mountable beam to the single wall stud;
• a lower bracket for interconnecting a lower portion of the vertically wall-mountable beam to the single wall stud;
• a trolley for riding the vertically wall-mountable beam and being configured to lock at differing positions along the vertically wall-mountable beam;
• a selectively positionable arm extending from the trolley;
• a resistance motor located on a lower portion of the vertically wall-mountable beam;
• a spool rotatably engaged with the resistance motor;
• a cable having a first end connected to the spool, a portion wound about the spool, and a second end extending to a distal end of the arm;
• a connector associated with the second end of the cable for connecting the cable to an exercise accessory;
• a circular dial on the vertically wall-mounted beam, the dial being rotatable for adjusting at least one exercise parameter, and being pushable for selecting the at least one exercise parameter;
• a display located within the circular dial for displaying the selected at least one exercise parameter;
• and
• at least one controller for receiving inputs via the circular dial and for adjusting operating parameters of the resistance motor in response thereto.
