Claims14
A method for treating, inhibiting, or reducing the volume of a tumor of a pancreatic cancer in a subject or patient in need thereof, wherein the method comprises administering a cyclic peptide corresponding to the chemical structure:
- or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in a combination with simultaneous, separate or sequential administration of anti-cancer therapy corresponding to gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof;
- wherein the cyclic peptide is administered in a range of 0.2-3.2 mg/kg body weight/day or per dose of chemotherapy, nab-paclitaxel is administered in a range of 120-130 mg/m2, and gemcitabine is administered in a range of 900-1100 mg/m2.
A method for treating, inhibiting, or reducing the volume of a tumor of a pancreatic cancer in a subject or patient in need thereof, wherein the method comprises administering a cyclic peptide corresponding to the chemical structure:
- or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in a combination with simultaneous, separate or sequential administration of anti-cancer therapy corresponding to gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof;
- wherein the cyclic peptide is administered in a range of 0.2-3.2 mg/kg body weight/day or per dose of chemotherapy, nab-paclitaxel is administered in a range of 120-130 mg/m2, and gemcitabine is administered in a range of 900-1100 mg/m2, wherein Progression Free Survival (PFS) is 9.7 months or greater.
A method for treating, inhibiting, or reducing the volume of a tumor of a pancreatic cancer in a subject or patient in need thereof, wherein the method comprises administering a cyclic peptide corresponding to the chemical structure:
- or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in a combination with simultaneous, separate or sequential administration of anti-cancer therapy corresponding to gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof;
- wherein the cyclic peptide is administered in a range of 0.2-3.2 mg/kg body weight/day or per dose of chemotherapy, nab-paclitaxel is administered in a range of 120-130 mg/m2, and gemcitabine is administered in a range of 900-1100 mg/m2, wherein Overall Survival (OS) is 13.2 months or greater.
