Composition for use in treating or ameliorating a mouth, tongue and/or throat medical condition comprising one or more curcuminoids and a hydrophilic carrier characterized having at least about 0.5% w/w curcuminoids out of the total weight of the composition being solvated by aqueous medium or the hydrophilic carrier.

An aqueous composition for use in treating or ameliorating at least one of a mouth, tongue and throat condition, the composition comprising one or more curcuminoids, aqueous medium, and a hydrophilic carrier wherein at least about 0.5% w/w curcuminoids out of the total weight of the composition being solvated by the hydrophilic carrier, and wherein the composition is in a form of an aerosol.
