Abstract
Provided are benzenesulfonamide derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Also provided is a method for treating cancer by using a pharmaceutical composition including the benzenesulfonamide derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- a benzenesulfonamide derivative or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the benzenesulfonamide derivative is selected from the group consisting of
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- a benzenesulfonamide derivative represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein:
- R1, R2, R4 and R5 are H;
- R3 is a methyl group;
- and
- R6 and R7 are independently selected from the group consisting of H and a substituted C3, C5, or C6 cycloheteroalkyl group, or R6 and R7 are linked to each other to form a substituted 4-membered ring or a substituted 6-membered ring, provided that R6 and R7 are not H at the same time,
- wherein the substituted C5 or C6 cycloheteroalkyl group consists of a C5 or C6 cycloheteroalkyl group and one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of an amide group, a benzyl group and an aminomethyl group,
- wherein the substituted C3 cycloheteroalkyl group consists of a C3 cycloheteroalkyl group and one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of an amide group, and an aminomethyl group,
- wherein the substituted 4-membered ring is independently substituted with a substituent selected from the group consisting of an amide group, a hydroxyl group, a benzyl group and an aminomethyl group, and
- wherein the substituted 6-membered ring is independently substituted with a substituent selected from the group consisting of a benzyl group and an aminomethyl group, and when the substituent on the substituted 6-membered ring is an aminomethyl group, the benzenesulfonamide derivative is a salt;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

A benzenesulfonamide derivative represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein:
- R1, R2, R4 and R5 are H;
- R3 is a methyl group;
- and
- R6 and R7 are independently selected from the group consisting of H and a substituted C3, C5, or C6 cycloheteroalkyl group, provided that R6 and R7 are not H at the same time,
- wherein the substituted C5 or C6 cycloheteroalkyl group consists of a C5 or C6 cycloheteroalkyl group and one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of an amide group, a benzyl group and an aminomethyl group, and
