Method and system for implementing a medical service system

A system comprising:

• a processor that acquires sensor data to detect a person entering a privacy chamber, the privacy chamber having a floor cavity, a glass door, and a diagnostic camera;
• a computing device to change electronically a visual state of the glass door between a transparent state and a non-transparent state, lock the glass door upon an initiation of a communication session over a network with an electronic device associated with a healthcare professional and a healthcare service using the privacy chamber, and display a message indicator on the glass door associated with the visual state that the privacy chamber is occupied, the communication session being hosted within a cloud environment;
• a scale that measures a weight of the person and receives the sensor data about the person by the computing device, the scale partially within the floor cavity;
• the computing device that communicates a signal to alter the visual state and unlocks the glass door upon completing the communication session;
• and
• a purification device that activates sanitization of an interior area among the privacy chamber upon a determination that the person has left the interior area.

A system comprising:

• a processor that acquires information to detect a person entering a privacy chamber, the privacy chamber having a floor cavity, a glass door, and a diagnostic camera;
• a computing device to change electronically a visual state of the glass door between a transparent state and a non-transparent state associated with a privacy state, lock the glass door upon an initiation of a communication session with an electronic device associated with a healthcare professional and a healthcare service using the privacy chamber, and display a message indicator on the glass door associated with the visual state that the privacy chamber is occupied;
• a scale that measures a weight of the person and receives sensor data about the person by the computing device, the scale partially within the floor cavity;
• the computing device that communicates a signal to alter the glass door from the privacy state and unlock the glass door upon completing the communication session;
• and
• a purification device that activates sanitization of an interior area among the privacy chamber upon a determination that the person has moved from the interior area.
