Abstract
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a dry herb vaporizer for use in the vaporization of substances, as well as a container for holding and heating a vaporizable product. Methods of using such a device and removably engaging such a device with a smoking device are provided. A method of heating vaporizable substances is also provided.
Claims18
A dry herb vaporizer comprising:
- an outer housing comprising a first end, a second end, a first internal region, and a second internal region;
- an inner quartz and/or corundum housing comprising a first end having an end wall comprising one or more airflow openings, an open second end, and an internal region configured to contain or receive a heat retaining material, wherein the inner quartz and/or corundum housing is configured to be positioned at least partially within the first internal region of the outer housing, and wherein the inner quartz and/or corundum housing is configured to be positioned at least partially within a conduction or induction heater coil;
- a cover member configured to be engaged with the open second end of the inner quartz and/or corundum housing;
- wherein the second internal region of the outer housing includes an internal space configured to engage an herb housing member containing dry herb material;
- wherein the fluid passing through the dry herb vaporizer and the herb housing member does not contact metal;
- and
- a handle configured to removably couple to the first end of the outer housing.
