Abstract
A human or artificial intelligence (AI) operated animal health and safety system and method are described for use with living, individually identified animals, such as equines, other ungulates, canines and felines. Sensors/monitors/signs and sources (“DMSS”) obtain data on vital life-sustaining or life-threatening processes and signs directly from the animal. The vital life-sustaining and/or life-threatening processes and signs in the form of data, together with archived/real-time location/monitoring/external conditions, e.g., weather forecasts/alerts are processed in a system which can be operated partially, or almost exclusively by AI. The AI system and method re-purposes/re-re-purposes the data originally obtained for another use/diagnosis or purpose. A method of utilizing the AI system is also described.
Claims23
An animal health and safety system comprising at least one device/monitor/sensor/sources (DMSS) to generate data-information directly from a living animal;
- a communication device configured to communicate the generated data-information obtained directly from the living animal for at least one purpose selected from the group consisting of logging, serve, advise, alert, analyze, assess, administration(s), diagnose, evaluate, treatment(s), procedures, monitor, archiving, and research, for the well-being of the living animal, via platforms and/or programs;
- wherein the at least one device/monitor/sensor/sources (DMSS) to generate the data-information is configured to monitor or sense the living animal to obtain the data-information:
- the data-information obtained directly from the living animal is from at least one device/monitor/sensor/sources (DMSS) selected from the group consisting of microfluidics, nano-fluidics, sound analytics, nano-biosensors, serodiagnosis, infectious disease detection, molecular biology diagnosis, biochem sensors for enzymes or sepsis, sensors configured for ocular, neural, and brain analytic health data, sensors configured for breath analysis, sensors configured for saliva analytics, sensors configured to detect kidney functions, sensors configured to detect liver functions, sensors configured for digestive functions, sensors configured for reproductive functions, sensors configured to detect health data of bone or integumentary components selected from the group consisting of hair, fur, hooves, and claws, virus-pathogen detectors, sensors configured for contagion detection and prevention, iontophoretic drug delivery, antibiotic biosensor detection of sub-therapeutic usage causing antibiotic resistance preventing enteric and respiratory diseases, maximum residue limit biosensors for pharmacologically active antibiotic substances and metabolites, surface plasmon resonance (SPR)-multiple platform, sensors configured to detect animal-to-animal contagion, and sensors configured for real time animal-to-human contagion detection of zoonotic diseases.
