Abstract
A display device includes a substrate including a plurality of pixels, a plurality of protrusions on the substrate, an adhesive layer on the substrate, and a plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices on the adhesive layer. The semiconductor light emitting devices can be disposed in a pixel among the plurality of pixels, and the plurality of protrusions can be disposed around the plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices in the pixel.
Claims19
A display device comprising:
- a substrate including a plurality of pixels;
- a plurality of protrusions on the substrate;
- an adhesive layer on the substrate;
- and
- a plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices on the adhesive layer,
- wherein a first group of the plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices are disposed in a first region of a pixel among the plurality of pixels,
- wherein the plurality of protrusions are disposed around the first group of the plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices in a second region of the pixel spaced apart from the first region,
- wherein the adhesive layer comprises a first adhesive layer disposed on the first region, and a second adhesive layer disposed on the plurality of protrusions,
- wherein a second thickness of the second adhesive layer is smaller than a first thickness of the first adhesive layer, and
- wherein the first group of the plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices are vertically overlapped with not the second adhesive layer but the first adhesive layer.

- an adhesive layer on the substrate;
- and
- a first group of a plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices on the adhesive layer,
- wherein the first group of the plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices are disposed in a first region of a pixel among the plurality of pixels,
- wherein the plurality of protrusions are disposed around the first group of the plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices in a second region of the pixel spaced apart from the first region, and
- wherein distances in one direction between adjacent protrusions among the plurality of protrusions and distances in the one direction between any one of the plurality of semiconductor light emitting devices and an adjacent protrusion among the plurality of protrusions are the same.
