Abstract
This application relates to an organic compound, a perovskite precursor solution, a perovskite film, a perovskite cell, and an electric apparatus. The organic compound includes: a cation M; and an anion Q bonded to the cation M; where M includes one or more of CH3NH3+, CH5N2+, Cs+, and C2H5NH3+; and Q includes one or more of H2POx− and H2NOy−, where x and y are each independently an integer from 2 to 4.

A perovskite precursor solution, comprising:
- an organic compound;
- and
- a perovskite precursor material,
- wherein the organic compound comprises:
- a cation M;
- and
- an anion Q bonded to the cation M,
- wherein the M comprises one or more of CH3NH3+, CH5N2+, Cs+, and C2H5NH3+;
- and the Q comprises one or more of H2POx− and H2NOy−, wherein y is an integer from 2 to 4 and x is 4.
