Abstract
An image sensing device includes an image sensor suitable for correcting depth information based on a control signal, and for generating image data according to the depth information, and a controller suitable for analyzing an error of the depth information, and for generating the control signal, based on first and second cycle signals provided from the image sensor.
Claims26
An image sensing device comprising:
- an image sensor suitable for correcting depth information based on first and second control signals, and for generating image data according to the corrected depth information;
- a first controller suitable for analyzing an error of the depth information and for generating the first control signal, based on the image data, in a test mode;
- and
- a second controller suitable for analyzing the error of the depth information and for generating the second control signal, based on first and second cycle signals provided from the image sensor, in a normal mode,
- wherein the image sensor provides the first controller with the image data in the test mode and the second controller with the first and second cycle signals required when generating the image data in the normal mode.
